Apyniuotis is the antagonist of the modern beer scene, a kind of Lithuanian version of IPA. Unlike other beers that try to surprise our receptors with sophisticated, exotic overseas flavors, this beer originates from local raw materials - Lithuanian malt, Lithuanian hops, and is enriched with Lithuanian Simonaitis yeast.
